Please read our Terms and Conditions for your reservation below. By making a reservation you are entering into a contract with us and you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Reservations and Deposits
A reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit using a credit or debit card. A ‘reservation’ means an order for accommodation that is accepted by us. Please note all deposits paid are non-refundable but may be used on a future reservation subject to availability within 12 months of the original reservation date and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Most major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. We do not accept cheques. The remaining payment must be made 30 days prior to your arrival.
Should you cancel your reservation (within our cancellation window of 60 days prior to arrival) or in the event of non-arrival, no refund of deposit will be given and the full accommodation amount will be charged. Cancellations received outside of our cancellation window of 60 days prior to arrival may transfer the deposit to another reservation during the next 12 months subject to availability. Cancellation/Non arrival charges will be taken from the credit/debit card provided to us at the time of booking.
If we are able to re-let the apartment for your cancelled dates a refund will be given less a 15% administration fee.
Arrival and Departure
You may check into the apartment from 4pm although earlier entry may be possible (please contact us to discuss). Entry is gained by a key code which will be sent to you via text or email prior to your visit. Check-out time is 10:30am.
Children: Not applicable – the apartment has one double bed.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets.
Smoking: Caythorpe House Apartment is strictly non-smoking. Any guest who is found to be smoking or have smoked in the apartment will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged for cleaning and sanitising the property. You are welcome to smoke on our garden bench we have situated to the front of our house.
There is a dedicated car parking space for 1 car for the length of their stay. All cars are left at owner’s risk. We request that vans and oversized vehicles be left on the public roads as our car park is restricted.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Behaviour or noise levels judged unacceptable may result in the termination of the reservation without refund. Statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health and safety must be strictly observed by our guests. Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to the guest is limited to the price of the booking. Guests will be charged for any damage caused. Complaints regarding the stay should be made in writing within 90 days.
Number of floors: The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There are 15 easy rising steps to reach the apartment from a lockable communal entrance.
Support for the Mobility Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Support for the Visually Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Support for the Hearing Impaired. We do not have any such facilities.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
Confirmation of a booking by you is deemed acceptance of these terms.
